At Bijagual Waterfall Costa Rica, we are a company committed to the conservation and enjoyment of nature. Located in the province of Puntarenas, in Bijagual, Costa Rica, we offer unique experiences for adventure lovers through sustainable ecotourism centered around the beauty of the Bijagual Waterfall.

Our mission is to provide clients with a unique and unforgettable experience in connection with nature, promoting ecotourism and respect for the environment through our services. Payment & Cancellation Policies

Secure Online Booking Reserve your tour securely via WeTravel โ€” or pay by SINPE, cash, or PayPal at bijagualwaterfallcr@gmail.com

Payments for tours can be made via SINPE Mรณvil, cash, or PayPal (bijagualwaterfallcr@gmail.com). Online booking is also available through WeTravel.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the tour.

The tour date can be changed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability on the requested new date.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us on the same day to reschedule your activity at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only in cases where the waterfall is closed due to heavy rain or an operational management decision beyond our control.

Environmental Policies

Ropes or similar objects are not permitted inside the property in order to protect the local fauna and flora.

Removing plants, rocks, or any natural objects from the property is strictly prohibited. Preservation of the natural environment is our highest priority.

Pets are not permitted on the property, as they may disturb the local wildlife and ecosystems.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all facilities and trails, in compliance with Law 9028 of Costa Rica, to guarantee the safety and comfort of all guests.

Wildlife observation is permitted from a respectful distance without interfering with the animals' natural habitat or behavior.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the tour to capture their experience, as long as the natural environment is treated with respect at all times.
