At Bijagual Waterfall Costa Rica, we are a company committed to the conservation and enjoyment of nature. Located in the province of San José, bordering Puntarenas, Bijagual, Costa Rica, we offer unique experiences for adventure lovers related to sustainable ecotourism of the beauty of the Bijagual Waterfall. Our mission is to offer clients a unique and unforgettable experience in connection with nature, promoting ecotourism and respect for the environment through our services. We have ecological trails, guides and spaces designed to enjoy the flora and fauna of the environmental environment, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable environment for our clients, with excellent customer service and using clear and effective communication.

Payment or Return Policies.

  • Payments for tours can be made through sinpe, cash or PayPal bijagualwaterfallcr@gmail.com
  • You must reserve with 50% of the cost of the activity, and the remaining 50% is paid on the day the tour will take place.
  • The date of the activity can be changed by giving one day’s notice, as long as there is availability on the day you wish to change.
  • The client has the same day to notify if they cannot attend and reschedule their activity. e) Refunds will only be made if the waterfall is closed due to rain or another management decision

Environmental Policies

  • It is not allowed to enter with ropes or similar objects to protect the fauna and flora of the place.
  • It is prohibited to take plants or objects from the property; Preservation of the natural environment is a priority.
  • Entry with pets is not allowed, as they could disturb the local fauna.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities to guarantee the safety and comfort of everyone, Law 9028.
  • Observation of the fauna present is allowed from an adequate distance, without interfering with its habitat.
  • Clients are free to take photos and videos during tours to capture their experience, as long as the environmental setting is respected.
